Opportunity

PKF O’Connor Davies is seeking a Health Care Audit Partner to grow an established practice within a national accounting and advisory firm. Serving clients since 1891, the firm has reached $500M in revenue, ranks in Accounting Today’s top 25 and #8 on Vault’s 2027 “Best Accounting Firms” list, employs more than 1,600 professionals across 23 U.S. offices, and is well regarded by both clients and employees — reflected in industry-leading net promoter scores and recognition as a “Best Company to Work for in New York.”

The Health Care Partner will join a well-established practice with a diverse client base spanning hospitals, health systems, FQHCs, senior living, behavioral health, and physician practices, and will have the latitude to build the book, shape the team, and set the practice’s growth trajectory, supported by the resources, brand, and collaborative culture of a national firm. In partnership with leaders across the firm, this Partner will capitalize on the practice’s white space opportunities, including expanding audit, advisory, tax, consulting, and reimbursement services and deepening relationships at the CEO, CFO, Audit Committee, and Board levels.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Health Care Practice Leader, the Health Care Partner will own the growth and performance of the practice’s Tri-State health care portfolio. The existing client base provides a strong platform for expansion through audit, advisory, tax, consulting, and reimbursement services, and the Partner will be expected to originate new relationships, cross-sell across service lines, and develop the team supporting the work. The practice requires a Partner who consistently demonstrates accountability, proactive communication, strategic thinking, and strong execution, and who can manage and grow the business with minimal oversight.
