Position Summary

The Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for developing and manifesting the company’s vision for successful accelerated growth. The CEO will provide the leadership, strategic guidance, and management direction necessary to fulfill Acorn’s growth aspirations. With a deep understanding of the healthcare market and commensurate IT knowledge, this highly visible leader will drive the organization’s sales efforts as well as shape the delivery and customer service model.

Position Requirements

Work Experience

The ideal candidate will have successful experience in the following areas:

• Working in an entrepreneurial environment;
• Developing comprehensive business strategy, including sales and marketing strategy;
• Selling software at the C-Suite level in the healthcare sector;
• Overseeing technology implementations at the customer level as well as experience in managing the transition from older to new technology;
• Managing customer service including running a help desk during all support phases of a product’s lifecycle;
• Driving product development.

 Education

• Bachelor’s degree required. MBA or other relevant advanced degree(s) preferred.
