Position Summary

Primary responsibilities are client relationships, revenue generation, client delivery and satisfaction, and team development:

  • Provide credible healthcare business transformation leadership emphasizing impact.
  • Be a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Build ongoing, integrated working relationships with healthcare executives and industry leaders. Develop networks and trusted client partnerships that lead to business and practice growth.
  • Stay at the forefront of your industry expertise.
  • Develop a practice group of consultants with a mindset of continuous improvement and setting industry standards. Provide supportive management, development, and career guidance through mentoring and performance feedback.
  • Commitment to excellence, challenging old assumptions, and taking on new opportunities.
  • Expand account portfolios, source new leads, and develop new business.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 15+ years experience (at least 5 years in healthcare consulting) with progressively responsible management roles OR c-suite experience at a large healthcare organization (must be comfortable leveraging industry relationships for business development purposes).
  • Track record of cultivating leads and generating new business development.
  • Success in navigating a promotional track within a professional services firm.
  • Has developed a robust program to expand service delivery capabilities and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Driven, ambitious, self-confident, and resilient.
  • Strong facilitation skills and a passion for real change via problem-solving.
  • Excellent written, oral, and data analysis skills; confident and impactful presenter.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
