ProMedica, with $3B in total revenue, is a locally-owned, nonprofit health system providing quality health care services to 27 counties in northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan. They are a network of hospitals, physicians, health care professionals, researchers, and specialty clinics and facilities. They offer a full range of diagnostic, medical, and surgical specialties in areas such as emergency medicine and trauma, heart and vascular, oncology, orthopedics, neurology, women’s services, and children’s services.

Position Summary

The Chief Financial Officer will provide overall financial leadership for ProMedica Health System to ensure long-term development and growth, while maintaining financial stability.

Responsibilities include long-term financial planning, managed care contracting, budgets, reimbursement, accounting, financial reporting, investments and cash management, debt financing, equity financing, external financial relationships, internal audit, financial assessments, risk management and insurance, tax compliance, and System Optimization & Process Improvement. He/She will provide financial oversight to all business units and participate in M&A opportunities.
