PeaceHealth has approximately 16,000 caregivers, a medical group practice with more than 900 providers and 10 medical centers, with over 1500 acute care beds, serving both urban and rural communities throughout the Northwest.

Position Summary

The Chief Medical Information Officer (CMIO) serves as a senior leader, with responsibility for a division of physician and provider informaticists and EHR trainers, that develop and execute a clinical IT strategy to achieve clinical excellence goals. The CMIO directly oversees the System Director of Nursing Informatics and Physician Informaticists. The CMIO regularly interacts with several other teams, including the Informatics Teams, EHR Support Specialists, Super User Coordinators, and Training Support and Credentialed Trainers.
