Opportunity

bioXcellerator, a world leader in stem cell treatment, is seeking an experienced executive sales and marketing leader as its inaugural Chief Revenue Officer to capitalize on the rapidly surging interest in health, stem cells, longevity, and preventative health in the United States and globally.

 

Reporting directly to the CEO, this senior executive is a key architect of bioXcellerator’s growth plan playing a critical part in charting its next chapter of success. The CRO will be charged with a plan to deliver on bioXcellerator’s revenue goals as the company builds on its innovative product to support demand needs and expand its footprint, improving proximity to potential customers and maximizing market share and revenue from specific geographic regions. This includes growing existing customer relationships as well as delivering new B2C and B2B accounts. With the development of and now-proven scientific ‘know-how’, the company seeks to scale its operations from the corporate service infrastructure in Phoenix, AZ and Medellin, Colombia to new target markets in Mexico and beyond. The five-year growth plan includes the expansion of new products as well as new labs, treatment centers, and longevity centers both in the United States and internationally. 


Position Summary

The Chief Revenue Officer will be a key architect of the company's growth strategy, responsible for developing and executing comprehensive revenue generation plans. Reporting directly to the CEO, this individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success efforts to achieve ambitious revenue targets. The leader must have an in-depth understanding of the company’s customers, solutions, market position, and competitive landscape in order to develop and deliver on plans that will attract new customers, increase recurring customer loyalty and retention, and strengthen the business’s competitive advantage.

Position Requirements

  • Deep alignment with bioXcellerator’s values and mission.
  • Bachelor’s degree plus 15 years of progressive sales experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven experience as a CRO, SVP of Sales, Chief Commercial Officer, or in a similar senior executive leadership role, preferably for wellness services and/or life sciences and healthcare organizations.
  • Deep understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success strategies in the industry and how to measure the success of a campaign.
  • Strong track record of driving revenue growth and achieving ambitious targets in a fast-paced growth environment.
  • Prior experience in digital channels, content marketing, and brand positioning strongly preferred.
  • Deep C-suite buyer relationships in the healthcare provider space strongly preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, cross-functional, and team-building skills with rapid problem-solving skills focused on win-win outcomes.
  • Flexibility to travel internationally as needed.
  • Ability to mentor a remote/traveling sales and marketing team to meet the buyer (virtually or in-person) as needed.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven and results-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Salesforce CRM experience is a plus.
  • Conversational Spanish is preferred.
  • US citizen or permanent resident able to work without any legal work restrictions.
