Opportunity
Parrish Healthcare, the premier health system along Florida’s famed Space Coast, is seeking a transformational executive as its inaugural Digital Transformation Leader.
As a key member of the CEO’s leadership cabinet, this executive provides modern leadership and use cases for Parrish’s transition to a fully integrated, digital health organization. They are responsible for partnering with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders across the organization to leverage data and artificial intelligence to augment care delivery; enhance market position; and improve patient access, throughput, and retention.
This highly visible leader will oversee all components of digital business transformation efforts in line with Parrish’s system strategic targets focusing on enterprise access as well as leveraging technology and strategic capabilities in finance, performance improvement, and data analytics to drive growth, reduce costs, and enhance patient engagement. Key priorities include (1) developing a short- and long-range digital transformation roadmap for Parrish; (2) a strategic design of a world-class patient access center that integrates a “One Parrish” patient experience across call center scheduling, self-service, billing, and collections; and (3) identifying MEDITECH Expanse platform opportunities as an ecosystem for innovation, leveraging data to connect care teams, and enabling effective exchange of care and timely decision-making for patients.
Position Summary
This position is responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvement and leveraging digital technologies to enhance efficiency, streamline operations, improve customer experience, and drive sustainable growth in an increasingly digital world.
Parrish’s Digital Transformation Leader serves as the champion for the successful and scaled adoption of Parrish’s multi-year enterprise access and modernization platform strategy. This individual is responsible for partnering with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders across the organization to leverage data and artificial intelligence to augment care delivery; enhance market position; and improve patient access, throughput, and retention.
Position Requirements
Education and Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree required in industrial engineering, information technology, business administration, or related technical field.
- Master’s degree preferred.
Experience
- Seven years of relevant health system or healthcare technology/digital industry experience required.
- Three years of leadership experience required.
- Lean Sigma Six Black Belt (minimum) strongly preferred.
- Microsoft Office suite, Tableau, and MEDITECH experience strongly preferred.
