Mount Sinai Health System, a premier $11B healthcare system serving New York City, is seeking a visionary transformational leader as its inaugural Chief Revenue Officer to integrate the revenue cycle across the entire organization.
A newly created position, the Senior Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) will steward Mount Sinai’s holistic revenue cycle strategy to a first-class operation with the opportunity to redevelop the function’s efficiency and effectiveness from front to back. An enterprising, far-sighted leader, the CRO will set a clear course for both the acute and professional revenue cycles at Mount Sinai across the health system and Icahn School of Medicine, collaborating with and inspiring financial, operational, clinical, and technology leaders across the organization to set new standards of excellence. Key priorities for the integration include single billing, Epic optimization, workflow redesign, and strategic development of a seamless patient access and patient financial experience.
Position Summary
The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) for the Mount Sinai Health System and the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai (which includes the MSHS and the Faculty Practice Plan) provides strategic direction and oversight of ambulatory and facility revenue cycle operations across the medical center.
