AdventHealth, a premier health system serving Florida and eight states across the United States, is seeking a strategic-minded and innovative marketing professional as its next Vice President of Consumer Marketing. As a senior executive of AdventHealth’s Central Florida Division – the largest book of business in the whole system with a total operating revenue of $8B – the Vice President will hold a highly visible role shaping a consumer and provider marketing strategy that drives growth, customer acquisition and retention, and articulation of a compelling story that further elevates AdventHealth’s brand and reputation as a desired model for whole-person care.
Key priorities include assessing the voice of the consumer to differentiate brand awareness with target constituents through strategic campaigning efforts, expanding patient outreach into broader secondary markets, enhancing engagement using precision analytics, honing messaging to attract new consumers, and improving loyalty across the full continuum of the enterprise.
Position Summary
Reports to the Central Florida Division’s SVP, Chief Innovation & Partnerships Officer.
Responsible for establishing the strategic framework for CFD’s marketing campaigns and leading the CFD’s marketing and digital enterprise.
Provides division-wide oversight to digital marketing, including web marketing strategy, digital strategy, execution and reporting across the full care continuum of inpatient, outpatient, medical group, urgent care, home health, telehealth, retail primary care, Medicare Advantage plan, and university services in the market.
Provides division-wide oversight to marketing CRM platforms, analytics and precision marketing.
Works in collaboration with Senior Operators and Strategists to direct the enterprise toward activities that will position the organization nationally for growth and high-quality care in a rapidly changing health care environment.
Position Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, business or a related field required.
Master’s degree in marketing, healthcare administration, or business administration with a health administration emphasis; or the combination of experience and relevant educational background; preferred.
Experience
Minimum 15 years business experience in areas such as marketing, advertising, strategic planning, communications, or market research required.
