Position Summary
The Vice President of Sales is an executive leader directly responsible for driving performance for sales across both Commercial and Medicare sales functions.
This leader is accountable for positioning the Commercial and Medicare organization to achieve its growth and profitability goals through developing multi-year growth and product strategies, building internal capabilities, driving line of business expansion (both geographic and product), and driving line of business innovation/differentiation. Leads the operational execution of the annual sales and product development process
Position Requirements
Candidate Education
- A Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience directly related to the primary duties of the position is required.
- A Master's Degree in a related field is preferred.
Candidate Experience
- 10 years of experience in a leadership sales role across commercial and/or government lines of business; Medicare P&L management, managed care strategy, Medicare sales or Medicare product functions is required.
- 5 years of management experience is required.

Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Quantitative analysis and financial modeling capability
- Ability to manipulate multiple applications to obtain data and perform financial and business modeling
- Understanding of Information Systems with CRM systems
- Knowledge of Salesforce preferred
