Rudish Health is currently seeking seasoned revenue cycle leaders for future interim assignments with our hospital and health system clients. The Interim Vice President of Revenue Cycle consultants will lead strategic initiatives, optimize end-to-end revenue cycle operations, and support our clients through critical transition periods. Position Summary

  • Manage and support Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) leaders and staff.
  • Enhance communication and collaboration with clinical office managers and staff, providing insights and tools to improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide hands-on, on-site engagement with clinical and billing offices across the organization.
  • Evaluate, track, and guide clinical and administrative teams in optimizing both revenue cycle and clinical operations.
  • Lead workflow design, process improvement, and execution across all RCM functions.
  • Identify operational gaps, define solution requirements, and assist in evaluating and implementing new technologies.
  • Oversee and actively manage product rollouts and go-lives for new systems and office integrations.
  • Report key operational metrics to the CEO and CFO, and collaborate on strategic execution planning.
  • Serve as the compliance officer for revenue cycle activities, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements.
  • Develop, maintain, and oversee policies, procedures, and workflow documentation related to revenue cycle operations.

Position Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership in healthcare revenue cycle management.
  • Prior experience as VP or Director of Revenue Cycle in a hospital or health system.
  • Proven success in interim or consulting roles preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of Epic, Cerner, or other major EHR systems.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and change management skills.
